Every now and then I get to go out and report live from the scene of an incident. Today I headed down to Abingdon to get the latest on a Van Fire that had closed the A34. I took these pics with my mobile phone.

With any fire involving gas canisters, the fire brigade with close of an area around it for up to 24hours. In this case, they blew up. So no need to wait, as there was nothing left!

Not great if you got stuck in the queue though!
