Finally

 

So I made it to Oxford in the end.

After two days of hobbling I managed to drive up to the city of dreaming spires and for the last week have been presenting the afternoon show.

Its good fun, although tough work. Very quickly it became apparent that I should commute by train, at least then I can read the papers and do some prep work. The actual programme is coming together, from this week we are changing the news format - going 20 20 - during the last hour. Then next week I get a permanent programme team, Christina and Mark will be working on beefing up the content. So we shall see how things develop.
